Make In India: 2014 में प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा शुरू की गई एक नई विकास योजना ‘मेक इन इंडिया‘ मिशन है। यह एक प्रकार का स्वदेशी आंदोलन है जो भारत में घरेलू विनिर्माण क्षेत्र का समर्थन करने के साथ-साथ निवेश बढ़ाने के लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा 25 सितंबर 2014 को शुरू किया गया था।

Overview

भारत सरकार ने मेक इन इंडिया मिशन के तहत कई लक्ष्यों को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने का लक्ष्य रखा है। कुछ उद्देश्यों को नीचे सूचीबद्ध किया गया है:

2022 तक मैन्युफैक्चरिंग सेक्टर में 10 करोड़ अतिरिक्त रोजगार सृजित करें।
भारतीय विनिर्माण क्षेत्र की वैश्विक प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता का विस्तार करना।

अवलोकन

मेक इन इंडिया परियोजना ने 25 क्षेत्रों को मान्यता दी है जिसमें ऑटोमोबाइल, विमानन, रसायन, आईटी और बीपीएम, फार्मास्यूटिकल्स, निर्माण, रक्षा निर्माण और बहुत कुछ शामिल हैं।

मेक इन इंडिया के इस कार्यक्रम को शुरू करने का मुख्य पहलू देश का विकास करना और विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में लोगों की मदद करना है। योजना की बेहतर समझ के लिए मेक इन इंडिया अभियान के लाभों की चर्चा यहां की गई है:

रोजगार के अवसर सृजित करना।
जब एफडीआई का प्रवाह और बढ़ेगा, तो रुपये में वृद्धि होगी।
छोटे विनिर्माताओं को जोर मिलेगा, खासकर जब विदेशी निवेशक उनमें निवेश करेंगे।
ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में निर्माण केंद्रों और कारखानों के निर्माण से इन क्षेत्रों के विकास को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
जब अन्य देश भारत में निवेश करेंगे, तो वे अपने साथ विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में नवीनतम और ट्रेंडिंग तकनीकों को भी लाएंगे।
आर्थिक विकास का विस्तार करके सकल घरेलू उत्पाद को बढ़ाना।
मिशन के तहत की गई विभिन्न कार्रवाइयों के कारण, भारत ईओडीबी इंडेक्स में रैंक में ऊपर आ गया है।

योजना की प्रगति

मेक इन इंडिया योजना के लिए विभिन्न मील के पत्थर प्रदान किए गए हैं। कुछ प्रसिद्ध लोगों को नीचे सूचीबद्ध किया गया है:

हवाओं से बिजली का दोहन करने की क्षमता के संदर्भ में भारत दुनिया में चौथे स्थान पर है और सौर ऊर्जा का उपयोग करने में दुनिया में छठे नंबर पर है। कुल मिलाकर, भारत स्थापित अक्षय ऊर्जा क्षमता में दुनिया में पांचवें स्थान पर है।
वस्तु एवं सेवा कर (जीएसटी) की शुरूआत ने व्यवसायों के लिए कर प्रक्रिया प्रणाली को आसान बना दिया है। जीएसटी मेक इन इंडिया अभियान के लिए एक प्रोत्साहन रहा है।
वित्तीय समावेशन की योजनाओं जैसे पीएमजेडीवाई के कारण, मई 2019 तक, 356 मिलियन नए बैंक खाते खोले गए।
देश में डिजिटलीकरण अधिक प्रमुख हो गया है। कराधान, कंपनी निगमन, और विभिन्न अन्य प्रक्रियाओं को ऑनलाइन किया गया है जिससे कुल प्रक्रिया में राहत मिली है और दक्षता में सुधार हुआ है। इसने ईओडीबी इंडेक्स में भारत की रैंक को बढ़ा दिया है।
नया दिवाला कोड, दिवाला और दिवालियापन संहिता 2016, दिवाला से संबंधित सभी कानूनों और नियमों को एक एकल कानून में एकीकृत करता है। इसने भारत के दिवालियापन संहिता को वैश्विक मानकों के बराबर ले लिया है।
