Nalanda University: इस पोस्ट में, हम नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय के इतिहास को साझा कर रहे हैं। यह इतिहास का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण विषय है। कई परीक्षाओं में इस विषय से संबंधित प्रश्न पूछे जाते है
नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय : इतिहास
नालंदा में शैक्षिक संस्थान की उत्पत्ति 5 वीं शताब्दी ईस्वी पूर्व की है और इसने 800 वर्षों की निर्बाध अवधि के लिए सीखने की अत्यधिक मान्यता प्राप्त सीट के रूप में कार्य किया। विश्वविद्यालय ५वीं और ६वीं शताब्दी के दौरान गुप्त वंश के शासकों के संरक्षण में फला-फूला। यह 7वीं शताब्दी में भी कन्नौज के सम्राट हर्षवर्धन के अधीन फलता-फूलता रहा। विश्वविद्यालय की वृद्धि और लोकप्रियता ९वीं शताब्दी तक जारी रही, जिसके बाद इसका क्रमिक पतन शुरू हो गया।
यह गिरावट मुख्य रूप से 9वीं शताब्दी से 12वीं शताब्दी तक पाल साम्राज्य के तहत उसी क्षेत्र में बौद्ध शिक्षा के चार अन्य स्थानों की स्थापना के कारण थी। इतिहासकारों का मानना है कि दिल्ली सल्तनत के बख्तियार खिलजी द्वारा 12वीं शताब्दी में शिक्षा के इस महान केंद्र को लूटा और नष्ट कर दिया गया था, जिसके कारण संस्थान का पूर्ण पतन और परित्याग हुआ।
Naland University
अपने चरम पर, संस्थान ने कोरिया, चीन, तिब्बत और मध्य एशिया जैसे दूर-दराज के स्थानों से भी छात्रों और विद्वानों को आकर्षित किया। यह 2,000 से अधिक शिक्षकों और 10,000 छात्रों का घर था। इतिहास यह है कि महावीर और बुद्ध ने ५वीं और ६वीं शताब्दी में नालंदा का दौरा किया था। प्रसिद्ध चीनी विद्वान ह्वेन-त्सांग ने भी ७वीं शताब्दी में वेद, बौद्ध धर्मशास्त्र और तत्वमीमांसा सीखने के लिए संस्थान का दौरा किया था।
इसके पतन के बाद, नालंदा को 19वीं शताब्दी तक भुला दिया गया, जब भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण ने साइट पर खुदाई शुरू की। इन उत्खनन से कई खंडहरों की खोज हुई है, लेकिन खुदाई वाले क्षेत्र में नालंदा की पूरी संस्था का एक छोटा सा हिस्सा शामिल है।
नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय के खंडहरों में कई विहारों के प्रवेश द्वार को धनुष से चिह्नित फर्श के साथ देखा जा सकता है; धनुष गुप्तों का शाही चिन्ह था’।
नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय : संक्षिप्त वर्णन
नालंदा दुनिया के पहले आवासीय विश्वविद्यालयों में से एक था, यानी इसमें छात्रों के लिए छात्रावास थे। यह भी सबसे प्रसिद्ध विश्वविद्यालयों में से एक है। अपने सुनहरे दिनों में, इसने 10,000 से अधिक छात्रों और 2,000 शिक्षकों को समायोजित किया।
विश्वविद्यालय को एक वास्तुशिल्प उत्कृष्ट कृति माना जाता था और इसे एक ऊंची दीवार और एक द्वार द्वारा चिह्नित किया गया था। नालंदा में आठ अलग-अलग परिसर और दस मंदिर थे, साथ ही कई अन्य ध्यान कक्ष और कक्षाएँ भी थीं। मैदान में झीलें और पार्क थे। पुस्तकालय नौ मंजिला इमारत में स्थित था जहां ग्रंथों की सावधानीपूर्वक प्रतियां तैयार की जाती थीं।
नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय में पढ़ाए जाने वाले विषयों ने सीखने के हर क्षेत्र को कवर किया, और इसने कोरिया, जापान, चीन, तिब्बत, इंडोनेशिया, फारस और तुर्की के विद्यार्थियों और विद्वानों को आकर्षित किया। हर्ष की अवधि के दौरान, मठ के पास अनुदान के रूप में दिए गए 200 गांवों के स्वामित्व की सूचना है।

महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य
नालंदा के विशाल पुस्तकालय को धर्मगंज कहा जाता था, जिसका अर्थ है सत्य का खजाना या सत्य का पर्वत। इसमें सैकड़ों हजारों किताबें थीं।
ऐसा माना जाता है कि नालंदा का पुस्तकालय इतना विशाल था कि बख्तियार खिलजी द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय में तोड़फोड़ करने और पुस्तकालय में आग लगाने के बाद यह महीनों तक जलता रहा।
नालंदा पर आक्रमणकारियों ने तीन बार हमला किया – हूण, गौड़ा, और अंत में भक्तियार खिलजी जिन्होंने इसका पूर्ण विनाश किया।
पुरातत्वविदों और इतिहासकारों का मत है कि नालंदा परिसर के अभी तक केवल 10% की ही खुदाई की गई है। लगभग 90% खुदाई की जानी बाकी है।
