Cyclone Biparjoy News: 1 जून को, भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने अरब सागर में चक्रवाती परिसंचरण की क्षमता की निगरानी शुरू की। ग्लोबल फोरकास्ट सिस्टम (GFS) और यूरोपियन सेंटर फॉर मीडियम-रेंज वेदर फोरकास्ट्स (ECMWF) जैसे वैश्विक पूर्वानुमान मॉडल ने तूफान बनने की संभावना का सुझाव दिया। 5 जून को अरब सागर के ऊपर एक चक्रवाती हवाओं का क्षेत्र बना। उसी दिन चक्रवाती परिसंचरण के परिणामस्वरूप एक कम दबाव का क्षेत्र बना। अगले दिन, यह एक अवसाद में काफी तेज हो गया। ज्वाइंट टाइफून वार्निंग सेंटर (JTWC) ने सिस्टम पर ट्रॉपिकल साइक्लोन फॉर्मेशन अलर्ट जारी किया। आईएमडी ने डिप्रेशन को डीप डिप्रेशन और बाद में चक्रवाती तूफान में अपग्रेड किया।

तटीय जिलों से अब तक 21,000 लोगों को अस्थायी आश्रय स्थलों में स्थानांतरित किया गया है

अधिकारियों के अनुसार, प्रशासन ने अब तक विभिन्न तटीय जिलों से 21,000 लोगों को अस्थायी आश्रय स्थलों में स्थानांतरित किया है। सरकार तट के 10 किमी के भीतर लोगों को निकालने का लक्ष्य बना रही है। 21,000 लोगों में से, अकेले कच्छ जिले में लगभग 6,500, देवभूमि द्वारका में 5,000, राजकोट में 4,000, मोरबी में 2,000, जामनगर में 1,500 से अधिक, पोरबंदर में 550 और जूनागढ़ जिले में 500 लोगों को निकाला गया।

राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रतिक्रिया बल (NDRF) और राज्य आपदा प्रतिक्रिया बल (SDRF) की कुल 12 टीमों को चक्रवात से प्रभावित होने वाले जिलों में तैनात किया गया है और आवास, भोजन और दवा की व्यवस्था की गई है। निकाले गए लोगों में से।

चक्रवात बिपरजोय के मद्देनजर कच्छ जिले के तटीय गांवों से सैकड़ों लोगों को निकाला जा रहा है, लेकिन अधिकारियों को एक चुनौती का सामना करना पड़ रहा है क्योंकि कई ग्रामीण अपने पशुओं और सामान को पीछे छोड़ने से हिचक रहे हैं। शक्तिशाली चक्रवात के गुरुवार शाम को कच्छ जिले के जखाऊ बंदरगाह के पास लैंडफॉल करने की संभावना है।

भारत की तैयारी

भारत के मौसम विज्ञान विभाग ने 12 जून 2023 को गुजरात में स्थानीय अधिकारियों को संभावित निकासी के लिए तैयार रहने का आग्रह करते हुए अलर्ट जारी किया। तटीय क्षेत्रों के निवासियों को घर के अंदर रहने की सलाह दी गई क्योंकि चक्रवात भूमि के करीब आ गया था। गुजरात सरकार ने संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में राष्ट्रीय और राज्य आपदा प्रतिक्रिया टीमों को तैनात करके कार्रवाई की। गुजरात के अलावा, चक्रवात से भारत के पश्चिमी और दक्षिणी तटों के साथ कई अन्य राज्यों में बारिश होने का अनुमान था। भारतीय मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने आने वाले दिनों में महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक और गोवा के कुछ क्षेत्रों में भारी बारिश की भविष्यवाणी की है।
