Lohri 2024:लोहड़ी दुनिया भर के हिंदुओं द्वारा मनाया जाने वाला त्योहार है। लोगों के लिए, यह मौज-मस्ती, खाने, पारंपरिक गाने गाने और आग के पास बैठने से भरा होता है। यह मुख्य रूप से भारत के उत्तरी क्षेत्रों विशेषकर पंजाब, हरियाणा, दिल्ली और हिमाचल प्रदेश के कुछ हिस्सों में मनाया जाता है। यह आम तौर पर भारत में शीतकालीन संक्रांति के अंत का प्रतीक है और उत्साह के साथ मनाया जाता है।

अलाव अनुष्ठान
शाम के समय, कटे हुए खेतों और घरों के सामने बड़े पैमाने पर अलाव जलाए जाते हैं। लोग आग की लपटों के चारों ओर इकट्ठा होते हैं, अलाव के चारों ओर चक्कर लगाते हैं और आग में मुरमुरे, चबाने और पॉपकॉर्न डालते हैं और लोकप्रिय लोक गीत गुनगुनाते हैं। वे भूमि को समृद्धि और प्रचुरता से पवित्र करने के लिए अग्नि देवता से प्रार्थना करते हैं। प्रसाद में 5 प्रमुख वस्तुएं होती हैं: गजक, तिल, गुड़, पॉपकॉर्न और मूंगफली।
